This indicator measures in percentage terms the autonomy of the company's shareholding in covering the total exposure to third parties (third-party means).

It is also called the "financial autonomy ratio" of the company useful for the analysis of the company's capital strengths and structural analysis.

The value is the ratio of net equity (shareholders equity minus dividends payable) and total liabilities (current liabilities and long-term liabilities).
