Cash Flow-Total Assets Ratio

 

This indicator values in percentage terms the share of total capital employed by the company (total active) which translates into monetary flow of operating management (cash flow).  It can be used as a warning indicator according to prevent Crisis and Insolvency but it does not necessarily has to be considerd as a "stand-alone". 

Its value indicates the extent to which the company's operating management create value using the total capital employed in the enterprise (total assets) in financial terms. As it is, the warning threshold may vary based on the business industry.
